Start 09:00am. at wodden sign: "Kalulu Gospel Outreach Peace Church ->" 270km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa.20c, half o.c. and l. wind. Finish 14:20pm. At black km-marker sign: "Voi 83km, MSA 240KM", 236km W. of Mombassa, on the main road to Mombassa. 26c, allm. o.c. and same.

Tzavo Lion Park
- On the last few km of todays run I entered the area of Tzavo Nat. Park:
Famous for its maneating lion and w. a series of hunt-downs & eating of humans about a century ago.. The taste for human flesh and extra agressive behaviour is supposed to be due to a raised levelof testosterone in both male and female lions.

I didnt see any, but it could be due to the half closed eyes from the fever & flu. ;-)
