As I woke up this morning it was pouring rain and only a few degrees above freezing so after thinking things over I decided that it was the wiser decition to take a day off instead of heading out in the cold rain with two lightly injured knees just beginning to recover properly. Usually ofcourse rain is no excuse during a world run - or any other run ;-) But in the situation right now carefullness is the main priority in order to continue towards the canadian border and New Foundland :-)
