Start 10:42am., 16c, half clear & medium wind, at green roadsign "Sandford 21" on hwy.1. Finish 15:18pm., 17c, light wind & same, at green roadsign "Durham 40" on hwy.15.

After having done quite short distances the last two days due to the tornado-warnings and not least the dangerous conditions when running in heavy rain on the highways - then it was today a stage with perfect weather for running ! Even the roads eventually got less congested with traffic as I changed onto a rural highway through some nice pineforrests during todays marathon distance.

Meanwhile the main concearn at the moment is the logistics of finding a new supportdriver as Morten from Denmark, who has done an excellent job since he joined the run in Key West, needs to travel back to Denmark when his visa expires next month. I am looking for someone who is interested in driving the supportcar - a new Toyota Prius btw., by sposorship of LeasePlan & Toyota - for 1 to 3 three months up through East Usa and into Canada, beginning by 2. April. The pay is modest, 500usd per month, but its a chance to see the contry in all its details; small cities, villages, the capital, rural area; and be part of the world run 2. I ofcourse supply the fuel etc.
