Catching up with old friends - dentists & runners ;-)

After a run through one of the most worn-down suburbs I have seen in this second world run (or during the first- for that matter) I had the joy of meeting an old friend from world run one: Laura, who herself has a long history of ultrarunning behind her - and an equally long streatch of inspiring running challenges ahead of her, I suspect :-))

The other old friend, was friendly but usually would be a painfull friend: The dentist !! By now I have lost 6 teeth on the run across Africa and South America. It was time to begin to do something about it and Laura's dentist, mr. Forgash, definately was one of the more pleasant experienses in a long range of dental repair-jobs through my career as a longdistance runner where the challenges & expeditions matter more than brushing my teeth. Then you have to accept that there is a price to pay.
