After todays short but fast (well, ok relatively fast compared w. the average world run parce ;-) run we again stayed at the small motel right next to the forrest. Very enjoyable and ofcourse I headed out to do some running on the trails. It feels like each minute in 'true nature' refills some of the energy and motivation wich I have lost through the last 3 months of tarmac, concrete and highways.

Ahead is Canada where I from world run one know that this, Nature, is in abundance - along with freedom and a way of life that fits very well with the mindset of a somewhat tired and spoiled world runner :-)) Even now the roadside for every few miles opens a new small landscape, the rocks has begun to peek out of the hillsides and the forrests begun to streatch far out into the horizon; a lovely view to a Scandinavian !
